Infrastructure Services supports a comprehensive array of critical information services. Including network services, servers/storage, client computing, voice services, security controls, data center operations and support services.

Network Services

Management of network services for the CSCU institutions. Including wired, wireless, network access control, DNS/DHCP, Internet services, etc.

System/Storage Services

Management of physical/virtual servers, storage and the backend infrastructure for the entire CSCU computing environment.

Client Computing

Management of computer systems and peripherals, mobile devices, software applications, printing, computing facilities, inventory control, end-point security, and virtual desktop.

Voice Services

Management of telephone, voice mail services, E-911, paging, video services for the CSCU system.

Security Controls

Management of security controls (anti-virus, firewall, data loss prevention, intrusion prevention, etc.) procedures and best practices to maintain a secure computing environment.

Data Center Operations

Management of the Data Center; physical, environmental and security requirements.

Support Services

Support Center for the IT services being offered to the faculty, students and staff of the CSCU member institutions.
