GOAL 1:

Increase the representation of diverse student populations at our institutions, including, but not limited to, transfers, veterans, non-traditional, and socio-economically disadvantaged students.

GOAL 2:

Expand partnerships with K-12 school systems to provide students with opportunities to earn college credit, while also preparing a diverse range of future educators to meet the state's evolving workforce needs in education.

Implement initiatives that enhance the affordability of the educational experience at our institutions.

Next Steps

The presidents of our institutions are actively engaging with their respective shared governance structures to review the proposed draft goals. In collaboration with these governance bodies, they will establish the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) required to effectively track and measure progress at the institutional level. The shared governance review process at each institution is expected to be completed by February 28, 2025, with recommendations submitted to the respective institutional president.
